Not through advertising. Enough people in Argyle asked whether we would cross over for a parent or a sibling that it stopped being a favour and started being a route.
Every Northlake job we have done came from somebody in Argyle. We have never bought a lead in either town.
Northlake properties tend to sit on more ground than Argyle’s, which changes what a job looks like. There is usually more fence, more driveway and more tree than roofline — and that is good news for the price, because ground-level work is the cheapest thing we do.
Height is what scales a quote. A hundred feet of fence and a hundred feet of second-storey gable are the same product and nowhere near the same job, and we price them accordingly rather than averaging the two.
Northlake is inside the radius we can reach the same day. That is the whole reason the service area is two towns and not nine.
There is generally more room here than in Argyle, but the same wall applies: everything has to be lit before Thanksgiving, and there is a point in the autumn where the days simply run out.
