Two towns, on purpose

Argyle and
Northlake.

That is the whole list, and keeping it short is a deliberate choice rather than a stage we are growing out of.

Why so small an area

Drive time is the hidden cost in this trade. A crew that spends an hour between houses does three jobs a day instead of five, and somebody pays for that — usually the customer, in a price they cannot see the reason for.

The real argument for a tight radius is December. When a run goes dark on the 18th, being twenty minutes away is the difference between today and next week.

So we would rather be the obvious choice in two towns than a name on a list in nine.

Argyle

Where we started, and still where most of the book is. Lights in Argyle →

Northlake

Added when enough Argyle customers had family there. Lights in Northlake →

Just outside?

Use the estimator anyway. It will not stop you, and the request reaches us with your address on it — if you are a few minutes past the line we would rather look at it and tell you than have the form quietly refuse you.

Whether we can take it usually depends on how the week is already routed. It is a real answer either way, and it comes from a person.

Both towns, same season
